What should I do if I need to go away?
We understand that life happens. If life takes you away from Pilates for a period of time, we offer our members the convenience of placing their membership on a temporary hold! Your membership can be placed on a temporary hold up to two times per calendar year for a period of no more than two weeks per occurence.
Are there age restrictions for taking classes?
As much as we would like to teach Pilates to everyone and at any age we do cater to an adult environment. You must be 18 years of age to attend classes, or at least 16 years of age with parental consent. We can cater to any age with private sessions since we must pay attention to very specific needs of a growing body.
