Our low-impact, full-body workouts are fun, welcoming, and energizing. Get started by reserving your Pilates Introductory Class today at a special rate of $32 (originally $47)! At LuxPilates, we believe that Pilates is for every type of body. We uphold Joseph Pilates’ vision: our passion is to help people feel great. The LuxPilates Intro Class is the perfect way to experience Pilates and our studio! Enjoy a 30-minute, full-body session with one of our talented instructors. This session is a great introduction to our equipment, the studio, the workout, and our amazing staff.

WHAT TO WEAR

It is best to wear breathable clothing. Long hair should be tied back, and jewelry should be removed. We do require grip socks to be worn for class. You are welcome to bring your own, and we also have them available for purchase at the studio.

For your convenience, LuxPilates provides a Flowater filtered water dispenser. Please bring your water bottles to provide adequate hydration.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the beginning of class so you have ample time to prepare. If this is your first time in the studio you will also need to sign a liability waiver.

WHAT TO SAY

It is very important to let the instructor know of any past or current injuries, weakness, and sensitivity issues. Please let us know your fitness goals so we can work together on getting you there! Do not become discouraged if something feels uncomfortable or seems difficult, give your body time to adjust to Pilates.
