We provide Pilates sessions ranging from beginner to advanced level to make sure each person has a class suitable for their ability.
WHAT TO WEAR
It is best to wear breathable clothing. Long hair should be tied back, and jewelry should be removed. We do require grip socks to be worn for class. You are welcome to bring your own, and we also have them available for purchase at the studio.
WHAT TO BRING
For your convenience, LuxPilates provides a Flowater filtered water dispenser. Please bring your water bottles to provide adequate hydration.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the beginning of class so you have ample time to prepare. If this is your first time in the studio you will also need to sign a liability waiver.
WHAT TO SAY
It is very important to let the instructor know of any past or current injuries, weakness, and sensitivity issues. Please let us know your fitness goals so we can work together on getting you there!
